Without Him I Am NothingBe still my heart, your beating fills my mind,
And drowns thoughts of loving and contentment.
Be still my heart, and let these feelings fill the space
Created in my mind of love and longing.
These thoughts once a dream become reality
I feel his lips on mine, his touch so tender.
I yearn to hold him against me so we are one
And feel the throbbing warmth of that embrace.
My love for him, how can I show it?
Without him, the sun no longer shines,
The flowers no longer have a perfume,
Without him, there is no reason to survive.
With him my life takes on new meaning
His presence fills my being with content
The passion of his kisses sends me reeling
Into a world of joy and happiness.
Together we are one, for now and always
Together we’ll survive the roughest storms
Together we shall stay throughout life’s journey
I’ll love him until there is no life at all.
