Hello … who should I address future ‘Comments to ..?

I joined Writelink yesterday and in order to assess how to Submit stories etc … I immediately sent a recently written Short Story entitled ‘The Red Box’.

I don’t expect a ‘Received’ reply of course but how do I check that it was received? Your documentation is a tad complicated for New Writers.

All submissions are moderated by us before they are made live on the site. This is to stop spam postings and anything of an offensive nature.

We aim to make new submissions live within 24 hours, but usually this is a lot less! Your entry is now live on the site.

The site should notify you when your entry is live, but you can also sign up to receive notifications of ALL entries, not just your own. This will help you keep an eye on the opposition! The signup form appears on most of the site pages in the top left hand corner.

      Best of luck!

        Hi Challenger,

I (thought) I’d signed on as a new member on or around the 14th this month; and in consequence sent in my story entitled ‘The Red Bus’ which was published. It is no longer ‘on site’ and I’ve had problems in ‘signing on’ today (26th) … am I still a ‘member’? or …??

I need to know how do I submit my short story?

    • Challenger Challenger says:

You need to go to the competition page for the contest you wish to submit to. You will find current contests from the Challenge menu tab at the top of the site.

You will be required to pay the entry fee if you are not a Writer member of Writelink after which you will receive an email with instructions for submitting.

If you are a Writer member of http://www.writelink.co.uk/community click the link on the competition page for further instructions which will avoid paying the entry fee.
